- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., any judicial district HomeFormations operates in.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In line with the DMCA guidelines, HomeFormations maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. We will promptly terminate the account privileges of any user we find repeatedly and blatantly uploading or posting protected content without sufficient rights to do so.
